Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Organic LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, results-driven services in E-Commerce Development, Operational Management, and Marketing Strategy. Because our services involve custom labor, proprietary strategic planning, and non-recoverable digital assets, we adhere to the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. General Principles

  • Service-Based Nature: All services are sold as time-and-effort packages or project-based milestones. Once work has commenced, the resources allocated cannot be recovered.

  • Client Satisfaction: Our goal is your growth. If you are dissatisfied with the direction of a project, we require immediate written notice to address and rectify the issue through our established revision process.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service Category

A. E-Commerce Development (Building Ecosystems)

  • Deposits: Initial deposits are non-refundable as they secure your spot in our development pipeline and cover initial research.

  • Milestones: Once a project milestone (e.g., Wireframing, UI Design, or Beta Launch) is approved by the client, the fees associated with that milestone are final.

  • Completed Work: No refunds will be issued once the website or ecosystem has been handed over, launched, or migrated to the client’s hosting.

B. Operational Management (Backend Streamlining)

  • Retainers: Monthly operational support retainers are billed in advance. If you wish to cancel, you must provide 30 days’ notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months already worked.

  • System Implementation: Fees for system architecture and workflow setups are non-refundable once the initial audit report or logic maps have been delivered.

C. Marketing Strategy (Growth Systems)

  • Strategy Phase: Fees for custom “Growth Systems” and strategy documents are non-refundable once the strategy has been presented or delivered.

  • Third-Party Costs: Organic LLC does not handle refunds for third-party costs such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SaaS subscriptions. These are governed by the respective platforms.

  • Performance: While we utilize proven systems, marketing involves external market variables. We do not offer refunds based on specific revenue targets or market fluctuations.

3. Cancellations & Terminations

  • Project Cancellation: If a client terminates a project before completion, they will be billed for all hours worked and milestones reached up to the date of cancellation.

  • Dormancy: If a project is delayed by the client for more than 15 days without written communication, Organic LLC reserves the right to terminate the project; all previous payments will be forfeited.
